Shipping Policy

SHIPPING  

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each item requires some time for our warehouse before we can ship. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 business days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will be made within the next 2 days. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘2 days’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

Standard shipping depends on your address location and the products weight.

INTERNATIONAL FEDEX PRIORITY SHIPPING

We have received and fulfilled orders from over 50 countries across all the different continents. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees.

Delivery insurance

We engage ourselves to resend at no cost or refund your order in case of a no received package, this is very rare case scenario but all your purchases are insured and covered.
